Keep reading to learn everything there is to know about liquid SARMs, powder SARMs, and which one is best for your needs and fitness goals.
How SARMs Work
Before deciding which SARMs product is right for you, it’s important to understand their purpose and how they work.
Most SARMs are designed to work similarly to the natural testosterone found in your body. This is true for both men and women.
SARMS attach themselves to specific receptors in your body, boosting protein synthesis and increasing strength. They also improve nitrogen retention which helps your body build and repair muscle tissue.
Androgen receptors are found throughout your body including in your organs, bones, and muscle tissue. By linking to these specific receptors, you can experience more targeted results.
SARMs also prevent harmful side effects in other body parts, since they only attach to their allotted receptors.
Types of SARMs Products and Benefits
SARMs come in various forms, with the most popular being capsules, powder, and liquids.
Here we’ll compare liquid SARMs vs powder to give you a complete picture of their benefits and uses.
Liquid SARMs
Liquid SARMs are one of the most popular forms of the product thanks to how quickly it’s absorbed into the body. Some clinical studies suggest they’re slightly more effective than pills and powders which are broken down in the stomach, losing some of their strength.
Unlike capsules which are swallowed and absorbed through the digestive system, liquid SARMs are placed beneath your tongue and absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
If you’ve never used liquid SARMs before, figuring out the right dosage can be a little tricky. You need to know how much concentration there is per millimeter to ensure you’re taking the right amount.
Every product and concentration is different so be sure to read the bottle carefully. Start with a low dose, like 10 mg, and work your way up.
The highest dose of SARMs is generally 30 mg, with 20 mg being average for a frequent user.
Once you master dosage, ingesting liquid SARMs is just a matter of placing a drop (or two) under your tongue. It will take about a minute or so for the SARMs to fully dissolve and absorb into your body.
The longer you let the liquid sit under your tongue, the better. You can also wash it down with a glass of water to make sure you get the full dose.
SARMs Powder
One of the biggest benefits to SARMs powder is the price. This is one of the most inexpensive ways to ingest SARMs, but it’s also one of the least convenient.
Some brave souls simply place the SARMs powder on their tongue and chase it down with their drink of choice. As you can imagine, this isn’t the most pleasant experience.
Swallowing SARMs powder can leave a pretty strong aftertaste in your mouth and also cause a dry throat. Instead, try mixing it into your drink until it dissolves.
Dosing SARMs powder is also difficult and requires a scale and a keen eye.
For those who can’t stomach this (literally), you’ll need to convert SARMs powder into a liquid.
Let’s take a closer look at how this is done so you can decide if it’s worth the trouble. (Hint: Most people prefer to buy SARMs in its liquid form).
Converting SARMs Powder to Liquid SARMs
If you do choose to buy SARMs powder, chances are you’ll eventually convert it to a liquid for easier consumption. While this sounds like a complicated process, after a few tries, it can be a simple, inexpensive way to consume this beneficial product.
Here’s a brief breakdown of the steps needed to make liquid SARMs from powder.
- Boil some water in a kettle.
- Once boiled, place 30% of the water into a bowl.
- Measure about 750 mg of SARMs powder on a kitchen scale.
- Use 10% of the desired final dosage (of SARMs) of a DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide) solvent. Place this in a shot glass inside the bowl of boiled water.
- Once the solvent is warm, add the SARMs powder to it and mix until fully dissolved. Place this solution in the bowl of warm water.
- Next, add 60% of the desired final dosage of PEG 300 to the mix. Let it sit for 20 seconds or until the mixture is clear.
- Last, you’ll need to add vegetable glycerin. Since you already have 70% of the liquid complete, add 30% of vegetable glycerin, stirring for 15 seconds.
And, voila!
You just made liquid SARMs using powder SARMs. Store your liquid at room temperature in a vial or container with a strong seal.
Choosing the Right SARMs Product for Your Needs
Several factors determine which SARMs product is best for you including price, uses, and experience.
For someone new to using SARMs, liquid SARMs and capsules or pills are often the easiest way to enjoy the benefits. These products are easy to dose and ingest.
While powder SARMs are the least expensive, they’re also the most difficult to consume. Converting powder SARMs into a liquid is no easy task and may feel like a science experiment.
While liquid SARMs can leave a bitter taste in your mouth, the aftertaste of powder SARMs is much stronger.
